Scope & Content One limited edition print of a pen and ink drawing that shows a 1930's Chris-Craft runabout underway on the St. Clair River in the foreground. Gar Wood's "Miss America 1" hydroplane is crossing in the distance and the Chris-Craft boat factory complex at Algonac, Michigan, can be seen in the background. The artist, "Homer C. LaGassey, Jr.," has signed his name in pencil in the lower left corner of the print. The print number, "222/400," is shown at the center lower edge.
