Two men in coats inspect the apparatus' gauges. Hoses extend from the engine off the right edge of frame. Several bystanders watch from in front of a wall painted with a sign for saw manager R.B. Ridgely. Horse-drawn wagons, and a warehouse are visible in the background on the left. "Sep 23 1931" is stamped on the verso, and "reprinted" is handwritten above it. "Congress & First St. c. 1917-18?," is handwritten on the verso. |
