An insert at the lower right highlights the back-up story featuring Philo Kvetch, secret agent. Within are several short gag-based strips featuring Soupy, Pookie, White Fang, several unnamed characters identified as "Soupy's Fans," the Philo Kvetch story, and an Archie story in which Mr. Lodge becomes annoyed when Archie distracts him from watching Soupy Sales with his Soupy Sales impression. |
