Description Monochromatic glass-plate negative taken of a photographic print depicting the starboard side of the Port Huron and Duluth Steamship Company package freighter LAKEPORT, under steam with deck-loads of lumber stacked between its deck cabins. Six people stand at the bow, two are on the flying bridge, one is below in the doorway to the pilot house, and seven stand along the railing on the starboard side. A factory on the shore in the background has "Crusher Plant No. 2," painted on a tower.
