Object Name Advertisement
Scope & Content Color advertisement for Chris-Craft, presumably taken from a magazine during World War II. The advertisement features a drawing of landing boats making a landing, with many soldiers running onto the beach. The text of the advertisement, located underneath the drawing, is as follows:

"Liberators Courageous..

Brave men ... massed in landing boats, eager for action, attacking to liberate the oppressed peoples of the world.
Now America strikes with all its might and fury ... fine fighting forces under capable, courageous officers, with superb equipment.
To make the task easier, to get it done more quickly, American industry must produce more and more ... all Americans must buy more of the War Bonds that back our fighting forces.
Building the boats shown above in greater quantities than ever before is but a part of the war-time, full-time job of Chris-Craft ... it's one of our contributions to the cause of Liberty.

On the bottom left is a drawing of an Army-Navy "E" flag with the caption "For production 'Well Done' we proudly fly the Arm-Navy 'E' at all three Chris-Craft Factories."

The verso of the sheet features an advertisement from the Wine Advisory Board.
