Description | "Sweet Sally" upright wall-mounted coin-operated roulette machine. Wooden frame, metal mechanisms, glass front-cover. Open top. Mechanized roulette-wheel game identified by label on front (under glass) as "Sweet Sally", manufactured by Exhibit Supply Company of Chicago, no date. Metal "selector," nickel-insert, and cash-prize vent on bottom, rubber suction-cup wall mountings on reverse side. This slot machine is from the excursion steamer "GOODTIME," which was originally built as the Detroit and Cleveland Navigation Company steamer CITY OF DETROIT II in 1889, but operated under the name "Goodtime" from 1925 to 1940. |
