2 letters. One sent from Herbert M. Dawley to the Sales Manager at the Packard Motor Car Co., dated February 29th, 1932. This letter was sent by Herbert Dawley along with several photographs "taken at the time of the overthrow of Diaz," during the Mexican Revolution, that show a Packard automobile, driven by an American driver, that was used "for reconnaisance [sic] and swift raids." The second letter, dated March 8, 1932, is a response from H.F. Olmsted, Publicity Director for Packard Motor Car Co., indicating his receipt of "the photographs of the Mexican troopers and the old Packard car," and that the Packard Motor Car Co. might be able "to use them to good advantage in a publicity way." |
